From 1 October 2008, Display Energy Certificates (DECs) will be required for ALL public buildings over 1000m2 occupied by a Public Services Organization, such as Community Centres, Schools, Police Stations to name a few.
The rules are currently a little grey, and if you need advice as to whether or not you need one, please do give us a call. |
