1. Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)

An EPC is required as part of a HIP for the sale of a property, and is valid for 3 years.  For rental properties, an EPC will also be required and is valid for 10 years.                                                              

2. Floor Plans

Floor Plans help to market your property.  Potential buyers or tenants can have an idea of the property before visiting.  For landlords and sellers, this means that any viewings are from interested parties only.  Floor plans are drawn to RICS guidelines, and a sample can be viewed by clicking here.

3. Home Information Pack (HIPs)

A HIP is required for all sales of a domestic property.  Take ownership of your own HIP, and purchase it through us—some Estate Agents will provide your HIP, but will not let you keep your HIP if you decide to move to a new Agent!

4.  Photography

With our wide angle digital camera, we can provide you with the perfect solution to marketing your property.  We will have examples posted soon.
